- January 12, 2005 - Anaheim
selects SS Miguel Tejada as their #1 draft choice
(2nd overall) in the 2005 Dispersal Draft.
- April 4, 2005 - The Ants play their first game and
defeat the Minnesota Moose, 8-1 at home.
- 2005 NL WILDCARD TEAM (#6 seed)
- October 10, 2005 - The Ants are
eliminated by the Seattle Iron Birds (3-2) in the divisional playoffs, round
one.
- April 1, 2006 - The Ants win the
1st Annual Preseason Classic championship by beating the Kansas City
Monarchs 4-3.

- November 5, 2006 - The Ants are
eliminated by the Toronto Sharpshooters (4-2) in the NLCS.
