Cleveland selects 1B Albert Pujols as their #1
draft choice (1st overall) in the 2005 Dispersal Draft.
- April 4, 2005 - The Clubbers play their first game and lose to the
Boston Blizzards, 3-2 (10 innings) in Boston.

divisional playoffs, round one.
